Lt. Ric Parmley , ’79 alum and logistics leuitenant  with Campus Police, will sing the National Anthem

Capt . Rudy Stevens, ’98 alum and 82nd Airborne Division chaplain, will deliver the invocation

Charles Corr , Campus Police officer and former pfficer with the New York Police Department, will speak about his experience as a first responder at the World Trade Center on 9/11

Benny Suggs , retired rear admiral and director of alumni affairs, will speak about the significance of having the memorial at the Belltower .
