Ken Kratz, the prosecutor in the case portrayed in the hit Netflix documentary “Making a Murderer,” said the film left out key facts and evidence that led to the murder conviction of Steven Avery in 2007. Kratz said the filmmakers “really present misinformation” to fit their agenda. Since the release of the documentary in mid-December, an online petition has reached more than 275,000 signatures calling for President Barack Obama to pardon Avery. However, Kratz claims he is certain that “justice was served.”
