13th Annual Chocolate Festival

The NC State Women’s Center hosts the 13th Annual Chocolate Festival benefiting the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. The event, which featured sweet treats from local vendors, was held in the State Ballroom of Talley Student Union Friday evening.
