Campus Health closed due to flooding incident

NC State’s Campus Health Center has temporarily closed its main campus location on Cates Avenue through Sept. 2 due to a broken pipe in one of the first-floor restrooms that caused significant flooding during the afternoon of Aug. 27. NC State facilities and environmental health and safety teams are working alongside restoration contractors to manage flooding.

Campus Health expects to reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Sept. 3. Jenn Wilder, the executive director of Campus Health, said she would provide an update regarding timeline changes.

Campus Health’s location on Centennial Campus in Plaza Hall will remain open for normal operations.
