President Barack Obama paid tribute to the victims of the terrorist attacks in Paris shortly after arriving in the city Sunday. Obama, who is in Paris for today’s international talks to curb climate change, was joined at the Bataclan, the concert hall where the deadliest attack took place Nov. 13, by the French president François Hollande not long after Air Force One touched down about midnight local time.
