Citizens of states across the nation voted yesterday as part of Super Tuesday. Twenty-four states participated in the day that pitted the two Democratic candidates, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, against each other and the three top Republican candidates, John McCain, Mitt Romney and Mike Huckabee. While votes in California, the state offering the most delegates, had not come in at press time, a number of others were already projected by various media sources. The different states offer a different number of delegates and those had not all been calculated as of Tuesday night. Turn to page three inside for national coverage of Super Tuesday and what analysts have learned from the results.
