Food Lion doesn’t support NC State

The Food Lion store on Avent Ferry road doesn’t care about N.C. State students.Many students park in the parking lot to take the Wolfline to campus. There is a sign in the lot from Food Lion that says they will have you towed if you are not parked alongside the outer wall. What happens if all the spots along the wall are taken?

“Too bad. It’s not our problem,” said an employee as they told me to leave the parking lot. The University themed decor inside the store is nothing more than a facade. It’s clear Food Lion cares only about profits. If you are sick of Food Lion’s threats and uncaring attitude, please join me in refusing to shop at this location or at any other Food Lion store.
