No enforcement action was taken. 9:06 a.m. Fire AlarmPulp & Paper Labs Units responded to Pulp & Paper Labs in reference to a fire alarm. The activation was due to contractors working in the area. 9:12 a.m. Damage to PropertyDavid Clark Labs There was a report of graffiti on the exterior wall of the building. 9:39 a.m. HazmatVarsity Dr. Diesel fuel was spilled by a Wolfline bus. The fuel was cleaned by University personnel. 9:55 a.m. Disturbance/ DisputeDan Allen Deck There was a dispute between two students over parking. Both subjects were referred to the University.

12:35 p.m. Breaking/ Entering LarcenyWilliams Hall Addition There was a report of a laptop computer that was taken from the Williams Hall addition.
4:18 p.m. LarcenyWood Hall A student reported that several items were taken from Wood Hall.
5:16 p.m. Suspicious PersonE.S. King Village A student reported a noise complaint. Officers located juveniles in the area, but they were not making excessive noise. No action was taken. 7:13 p.m. Medical AssistAvent Ferry Complex A nonstudent was visiting a friend at the AFC when she became severely depressed about a past incident. As a result she felt she needed medical help. 8:54 p.m. Suspicious VehicleYarbrough Dr. Officers located a vehicle parked near the Laundry Building that did not have a North Carolina registration tag. During the officers’ investigation, a student returned to the vehicle and produced a dealer tag and appropriate documentation. No action was taken.
10:31 p.m. Driver’s License/ Registration CheckpointDan Allen Dr. Officers conducted a driver’s license checkpoint at the intersection of Dan Allen Dr. and Yarbrough Dr. 11:02 p.m. Traffic StopDan Allen Dr. A student was stopped at the checkpoint in reference to an out-of-date inspection. The student was issued a citation.

Further investigation revealed that one of the subjects was in possession of an altered driver’s license.
