Adam ComptonTreasurer

Adam Compton wishes to restructure the treasurer position and make students more aware of how the office can benefit them. Compton wants to be a face the average student can walk up to and ask questions.Compton believes he can implement big changes to appropriations so students can understand them better. He wants to educate students about the money available to them and which financial aid packages will work best for each student. We believe Compton will bring light to a position most students don’t recognize.

Lock Whiteside Chief Justice

What separates Lock Whiteside from Lee Jackson is his belief that students should be tried beyond a reasonable doubt to the extent of 90 percent assuredness. We will hold Whiteside accountable if he does not fight daily to change the mind of the student body and the Board of Trustees on this matter.We believe Whiteside is the future of student rights at N.C. State and if he comes through with his promise our campus will be one where each student is given a fair trial on par with what we receive in a real court of law.

James Hankins Student Senate President

James Hankins believes one of his greatest attributes is his ability to speak and command attention. He commanded our attention with his belief that every student senator should enter their position with a list of goals they wish to accomplish. He goes the next step and plans to hold every senator accountable throughout the year for the goals they have set and if they are not working towards making their goal a reality then their place in Student Senate should be stripped from them. We believe this will bring more credibility to Student Senate.
