In Tuesday’s article “‘Free Hugs’ for the taking,” Staff Writer Luke Young reported the incorrect date for Free Hug event, held by the students in Sociology 440. The event will actually take place today from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the Brickyard.

The staff of the Technician apologizes for any inconvenience it may have caused.

In the page-one story “Muslim students request room for prayer,” Deputy News Editor Kyle Blakely reported that the University was in the process of designating a prayer room on campus for Muslim students. Although the Muslim Student Association is advocating for this space, it will will be open to all faiths.
