The subject refused transport by EMS. 7:26 p.m. | Breaking/ Entering, LarcenySullivan Lot There was a report of a vehicle that was broken into in the area. 7:36 p.m. | Welfare CheckVarsity Drive/ Western BoulevardUnits responded to the area in reference to a vehicle in the median on its side possibly with a subject inside.
11:30 p.m. | Suspicious PersonTompkins Hall A nonstudent was located in the area. He was previously trespassed from NCSU property. He was arrested.
11/04/062:25 a.m. | Suspicious PersonPi Beta Phi A student reported that a male subject approached her and began knocking on her window. She stated she refused to speak with the male subject and he got into his vehicle and drove away. Officers located the vehicle and spoke with the nonstudent in the Sigma Chi Lot. The subject stated he was trying to locate a friend in the area. No action was taken. 6:15 p.m. | Drug ViolationAvent Ferry Complex There was a report of marijuana odor in the area. Officers checked the area, but were unable to detect the odor. 7:28 p.m. | Second Degree TrespassCarter-Finley Stadium A student was ejected from the football game and later returned to the stadium. 8:37 p.m. | Field InterviewColiseum Deck Six subjects were walking near the Triad consuming alcoholic beverages. The subjects were all students at the Naval Academy and were visiting friends. They were advised of University policy and complied to dispose of the beverages. 8:44 p.m. | Suspicious VehicleAlpha Delta Pi Three nonstudents were sitting in a vehicle in front of the house. When the officer drove by the subjects ducked down in the vehicle. They stated they were hanging out in the area. All files were checked with negative results. The subjects complied to leave the area.

11/05/0612:10 a.m. | Suspicious VehicleWarren Carroll Drive Officer located a vehicle parked near the construction fence. The officer observed what appeared to be a blue strobe light on the dash of the vehicle. The owner was a student. Further investigation revealed the bulbs were clear. 3:18 a.m. | Suspicious VehicleES King Village Four nonstudents and one student were sitting in a vehicle in the area. They stated they were waiting for a cab to pick them up. 6:54 p.m. | Fire AlarmBecton Hall Units responded to the area in reference to a fire alarm. The activation was due to dirty smoke heads. All was OK. 7:10 p.m. | Fire AlarmWolf Village Apartments Units responded to the area in reference to a fire alarm. The activation was due to cooking. 7:23 p.m. | Medical AssistOwen Hall Units responded to the area in reference to a student having an allergic reaction and was transported to Rex Hospital.

The activation was due to a balloon on the ceiling. 10:05 a.m. | Assist Other AgencyAvent Ferry Road/ Varsity DriveUnits assisted RPD with a Traffic Accident. Two subjects were transported to Rex Hospital. 11:42 a.m. | Medical AssistStudent Health Units responded to the area in reference to a subject in need of medical attention. The call was canceled when the subject in question was determined to be OK. 2:35 a.m. | Assist Other AgencyOff Campus RPD reported that a student was a victim of an armed robbery that occurred on Horne Street earlier in the evening. The student was not injured, but her purse was taken. Her purse was later located by an unknown student and turned in. 8:41 a.m. | Fire AlarmBroughton Hall Units responded to the area in reference to a fire alarm. Officers were unable to locate the subject. The subject was trespassed in 2005. Officers are checking the status of the trespass. 8:31 p.m. | Traffic StopDan Allen Drive/ Thurman Drive A student was issued a citation for failure to stop while a traffic light was red. 10:16 p.m. | Medical AssistAvent Ferry Complex A student reported she was having an allergic reaction to food. EMS transported the student to Rex Hospital. 10:32 p.m. | LarcenyAlexander Hall A student reported his bicycle was taken from the area. 11:00 p.m. | Assist Other AgencyBell Tower Units responded to the area in reference to a male subject threatening people. Units arrived on scene and determined that the subject was not on NCSU property. RPD was notified. 11:36 p.m. | Sexual AssaultSullivan Hall A student reported that she was sexually assaulted on Oct. 30 while on campus.
