The subjects stated they were waiting on a friend. 3:07 a.m. | Suspicious VehicleDelta Zeta Lot Officers responded to the area in reference to a suspicious vehicle in the area. Officers spoke with a student who stated that he fell asleep while waiting on a friend. All was OK. 7:56 a.m. | Breaking/ Entering LarcenyDabney Hall There was a report of equipment taken from the area. 12:38 p.m. | Fire AlarmTalley Student Center Units responded to the area in reference to a fire alarm. The activation was due to a faulty smoke detector. 5:53 p.m. | LarcenyBrooks Hall A student reported that his bicycle was taken from the area. 6:24 p.m. | LarcenyKamphoefner Hall A student reported that her bicycle was taken from the area. 7:09 p.m. | Suspicious VehiclePark and Ride Officers discovered a moving truck in the area with the back door open. Officers attempted to contact the owner of the vehicle.

All subjects in the room were over 21 yrs. of age. The resident agreed to end the party.
4:32 a.m. | Traffic ViolationVarsity Drive/ Thurman Drive Officers located a vehicle impeding traffic. During the investigation marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located in the vehicle. The students were referred to the University and issued citations.

He was interviewed by NCSU PD and acted very suspicious. The activation was due to cooking. 9:10 p.m. | Traffic ViolationDan Allen Drive/ Cates AvenueA nonstudent was stopped for no registration plate. He was arrested for driving while license revoked.
