The award, presented by the FedEx Orange Bowl to the nation’s top place kicker, will be announced on Dec. 6 on ESPN’s Home Depot College Football Award Show.

Vera receives second team All-ACC honorsJunior foward Lindsay Vera was named to the 2007 women’s soccer second team All-ACC. Vera was one of three players tied for the last two spots on the second team, the only State player to receive a first-or second-team recognition. Vera led the team with eight goals and tied for second on the team with three assists this season.
