What to do at the polls
– Do not wait until Election Day to try and register, or you might experience adelay in voting if your residence is not up to date or on file.
– Use the voter search feature at www.sboe.state.nc.us/votersearch/seimsvot.htm orcall the Board of Elections office at (919)733-7173 to verify your registrationstatus.
– Vote only at your designated precinct. Officials will have your name on file onlyat your specific polling location. – Check if you qualify for a provisional ballot if your residency has changed in thepast 30 days.
– Check eligibility for curbside voting if you cannot access a polling place due todisability.
