A job well done Technician

I wanted to take some time to say thank you. I’m a sophomore this year, and I try to keep up with what’s going on campus by reading the Technician several times a week. As with most school newspapers, I usually find the reporting and opinions to be on a small scale and have a limited perspective. I read it anyway, and sometimes there’s something funny in the police blotter.

Not this morning. It is very obvious to me that there is a devoted and talented team of people working to expand and improve the content of the school newspaper, and that they are working hard. The stories were interesting (I had trouble putting it down to go to class), the reporting was good and the writing seems to be of a higher quality than usual as well.

Moreover, I have noticed that lately the Technician has been printing more articles about world issues, and I appreciate this as well.

There were “funny” comics in this newspaper!

Please, keep up the good work. And, thank you for printing the police blotters so frequently, I really am addicted… don’t ask me to explain…
