Men’s golf places 18th in tournament
The N.C. State men’s golf team placed 18th at the Carpet Capital Collegiate at Rocky Face, Ga., this weekend in its second tournament of the fall season.
The Wolfpack finished 38-over par to cap off the weekend. Freshman Matt Hill placed 15th over all with a final score of 1-over-par in the three-round tournament.
Junior Darren Blair shot his way to 28th place overall with a score of 5-over-par. State will compete in its last tournament of the fall season when it travels to Johnson City, Tenn., to compete in the Bank of Tennessee invite.
