Pack No. 17 in preseason rankingAccording to the ACC, N.C. State is the No. 17 men’s basketball team in the Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook preseason rankings.
The team returns four starters from a team that was 20-16 overall and 5-11 in ACC regular-season play in 2006-2007 before reaching the ACC Tournament championship game.
According to the ACC release, North Carolina (No. 1) and Duke (No. 14) are the only ACC teams ahead of State in the rankings.
Meanwhile, the rankings list Clemson No. 21.
