7:51 P.M. |SKATE/BIKE VIOLATIONTucker Hall Officers observed four nonstudents and one student riding bikes in the area. The subjects were advised of University policy.
10:45 P.M. |SUSPICIOUS PERSON Dan Allen Drive/ Thurman Drive A nonstudent was located riding his bicycle in the area without a headlight. The subject approached the checkpoint and turned around. The subject did not have warrants or previous trespass warnings. No action was taken.
11:51 P.M. |FIELD INTERVIEWFree Expression Tunnel An officer spoke with several subjects in the area. The subjects were asked to leave the area.

12:09 P.M. |HAZMATDairy Unit A student mixed chemicals that created an unknown by-product. The student inhaled the by-product. He was transported to WakeMed. 1:30 P.M. |MEDICAL ASSISTOwen Hall Units responded to the area in reference to a staff member suffering from an accelerated heart rate and weak legs. The staff member refused to be transported to a medical facility. 9:04 P.M. |SUSPICIOUS PERSONHillsborough Building A nonstudent was located at the Hillsborough Building. He was trespassed from all NCSU property.

5:45 P.M. |TAMPERING WITH FIRE EQUIPMENTWolf Village There was a report of a fire alarm in a common area that was covered with a bag.
7:07 P.M. |LARCENYWolf Village A female subject reported that her keys were taken while she was moving into her room.
10:35 P.M. |SHOTS FIREDMethod Road Officers responded to the area in reference to shots being fired. Raleigh Police Department determined that the shots were fired from an apartment off campus.
1/07/07 3:34 A.M. |FIELD INTERVIEWTompkins Hall A nonstudent was observed pushing a bike through the area. She stated that she was going home. No action was taken. 7:08 A.M. |SUSPICIOUS VEHICLEMid Pines Rd. An officer located three nonstudents in the area who stated they were watching the sunrise. A check of all files came back negative, and the subjects agree to leave the area.

She stated that she was working. 8:07 P.M. |Field InterviewGardner Hall An officer observed a nonstudent in a vehicle. The officer discovered that the subject is a former student living in his vehicle on campus. He was trespassed.
