The Women’s Center holds its next “Let’s Knit” knitting group Tuesday
Let’s Knit, a group that teaches knitting to students, held its first meeting last night, but will be holding more sessions every Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in Room 3120 of the Talley Student Center. The knitting group was organized in the fall of 2003 at the request of a student. The group is open to all students, faculty and staff.
Yarn, patterns and a knitting instructor are provided by the Women’s Center. However, anyone interested in participating needs to bring his or her own needles. Size eight short needles are recommended for beginning knitters.
