Tropical sangria is an easy cocktail for a hot summer day. Garnish with lime slices and fresh strawberries for your next picnic or party. For a non-alcoholic version, substitute champagne and rum with soda water and fruit juice.

Tropical sangria
Floral white wine, coconut rum and fruit combine for a light, tropical sangria perfect for any occasion.
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 pound of frozen fruit (pineapples, strawberries, mangos, etc.)
½ cup pineapple juice
½ cup sparkling lemonade
1 bottle of dry champagne
1 cup of Malibu coconut rum
½ lime
Preparation:
Pour the frozen fruit at the bottom of a pitcher.
Pour chilled wine, pineapple juice, rum and lemonade over the mixture.
Juice the lime and stir.
Serve in glasses, making sure there is an even distribution of fruit.
Mango lemonade
Quench your thirst with a refreshing, fruity take on the lemonade stand staple.
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
½ lime
1 pound of frozen mango slices
1 bottle of sparkling lemonade
1 cup of soda water
Preparation:
Pour the mangos at the bottom of a pitcher.
Add the sparkling lemonade and soda water.
Juice the lime and stir.
Serve in glasses, making sure there is an even distribution of fruit.
