The N.C. State Wolfpack took on Troy in the home opener on Saturday September 5th in Carter-Finley Stadium. Though the game started off very back and forth, the combined running power of Matt Dayes and the near-perfect throwing of Jacoby Brissett lead the pack to a 49-21 triumph to start the season.
