In its final non-conference slate, NC State volleyball split its matches at the VCU Invite with a trouncing of VCU and a loss against Old Dominion. Talia Francom and Courtney Bryant earned All-Tournament honors.
Falling 3-1 to Coastal Carolina, NC State volleyball couldn’t get past the Chanticleers despite Courtney Bryant posting a career high 21 kills. NC State moves to 6-2 in the Wargo-Kearny era.
In its first match of the Wolfpack Invitational, NC State volleyball swept Cleveland State 3-0. Smith: “There was a lot of daylight, so there was a lot of room for me to swing.”
Behind Courtney Bryant’s 16-kill performance, NC State volleyball rallied past South Carolina 3-1 at Reynolds Coliseum. Bryant: “We knew we had the control. We just stepped up and played how we know we can play.”
Picking up its first win away from Reynolds this season, NC State volleyball swept their Wolf Pack counterpart, Nevada, 3-0. The Wolfpack moves to 4-1.
