Lauren Edwards, a fourth year studying business, places a ring inside the Belltower at the NC State Alumni Association’s Ring Ceremony on Tuesday, April 16, 2019. Vice Chancellor Emeritus Tom Stafford accompanied the students inside the Belltower as they placed their rings inside for the night, per NC State tradition. According to the Alumni Association, “The rings spend one night in the NC State Memorial Bell Tower to symbolically connect the ring to all other Wolfpack alumni.”
