An auctioneer calls for bids on the fiber-optic ceiling in the lobby of Galaxy Cinema . The ceiling which lights up to display constallations and occasional shooting stars sold for a mere $30. Galaxy Cinema, a theatre in Cary which closed its doors Nov. 2012, was auctioned off piece by piece Saturday Jan. 13, 2013.
